On location at Fielding Estate Wineries, Niagara

On 18 June, 2011 Chris broadcast live from a beautiful patio overlooking vineyards that stretched to Lake Ontario in the distance. We were at the Fielding Estates Winery located on the Niagara Escarpment. Hospitality is outstanding in this part of the world - and our host Curtis Fielding could not have been more attentive. Early Saturday morning as we prepared for the broadcast Curtis asked "Water or sparkling?". Sparkling (water) sounded good so that is what we asked for........ Sparkling Riesling arrived (who knew?). It was delicious!
